Terms and conditions

POSTAGE & PACKING IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE on orders of £75 and above within mainland UK & Northern Ireland. A charge of £6.50 is added to all orders under £75 within mainland UK & Northern Ireland. For overseas orders, postage will be charged according to standard Parcel Force charges for that destination.

Should you wish to exchange an item we will charge you postage to send you your exchanged item, even if the item is over £75 and you were not charged postage in the first instance. Spot on Sports will not charge you postage for an exchanged item that is replacing an item we sent to you by mistake.

All goods sold are subject to availability.

Please allow up to seven working days for the receipt of your goods. We will always attempt to despatch items in stock within 24-48 hours. Please ring for stock availability. In the event of a delay in the despatch of your goods, we will endeavor to contact you.

If your item is unavailable, we will endeavor to contact you via phone or e-mail address provided and we will refund your credit card.

We can only accept personal cheques from UK residents. Personal Cheques must clear before despatch of goods.

We will not pass on your email address to any other companies.

FREE ITEMS - All goods advertised free are advertised in good faith and usually available however, they may be subject to availability/change without notice.

CLEARANCE/SPECIAL OFFERS- These products may not be from current ranges and may vary in cosmetics and make-up.

CANCELLATION/REFUSED DELIVERIES - If you wish to cancel an order you must inform us by email cancellations@spotonsports.co.uk. If your goods have been despatched before we see your email, we will wait for you to return the goods to us for a refund and follow the returned goods procedure. Refused deliveries will incur a delivery postage charge and return charge even if your order was over the FREE DELIVERY threshold.

IMPAIRED/DIFFICULT ACCESS - It is the customer’s responsibility to advise SpotonSports of any logistical difficulties that may arise when attempting to deliver goods at the time of placing an order. This particularly applies to heavy goods (this list is not exhaustive) as they are delivered by a large vehicle and require access to the point of delivery. If access is impaired at the point of delivery then the same conditions as CANCELLED orders applies.

DAMAGED GOODS - PLEASE INSPECT GOODS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT AND ADVISE US WITHIN THIS TIME IF GOODS ARE DAMAGED. UNFORTUNATLEY OUR CARRIERS CANNOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGES REPORTED BEYOND THIS PERIOD OF TIME. SPOT ON SPORTS DOES NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGED GOODS IN TRANSIT BY A THIRD PARTY.

FOR GOODS DAMAGED DURING USE: Goods that have been damaged after use may be returned* and we will gladly forward them to the manufacturer on your behalf to establish if the supplier accepts that there is a manufacturing fault with the item; this may incur a postage charge. Please contact our Customer Services Manager on 0116 251 8224 if you would like to return an item under these circumstances prior to sending it so that we can assist/advise you. Please print Returns Form in "Returns" section to accompany your returned item. * We will only handle goods that are in a clean condition. If goods are deemed as unclean, we will send them back to you and charge you the return postage.

PERSONALISED PRODUCTS - We are not able to refund or exchange any goods that are personalised i.e. football shirts.

PRICING ERRORS - If a pricing error has occurred we will contact customers as soon as we are aware of this error. We are under no obligation to sell the product at the error price.

COMPETITION WINNERS - Winners of our competitions will be announced in our email newsletter.
